COACHES

We work with college baseball coaches to help progress their careers. Our services include contract negotiation, career management, interview preparation, strategic marketing, public relations, and post-career planning.


SPORTS LAW

We work with athletes, agencies, and business managers to draft, review, and/or negotiate endorsement deals with their financial and product sponsors, as well as other sports related contracts.


BUSINESS LAW

Services include, but are not limited to, business entity selection, filing business formation documents, business plan review, ongoing business administration and advisement, by-law drafting, and contract review.


ESTATE PLANNING
